**Shipping Policy for FIREd Cookware**
#### **Domestic Shipping (Australia)**
At FIREd Cookware, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping times within Australia typically range from 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, holiday periods, or remote locations.
- **Shipping Rates**: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of your order, and the delivery destination.
- **Order Processing**: All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- **Tracking**: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct when placing your order. FIREd Cookware is not responsible for delays or costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

#### **Shipping Disclaimers**
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched. If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist in locating it, but ultimately the responsibility lies with the carrier.
- Delays due to adverse weather conditions, global supply chain disruptions, or issues outside of our control may affect shipping times.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
